Make a qualifying purchase (a qualifying product SKU during the applicable promotion period), fill out a warranty registration form with proof of purchase and a valid shipping address, and receive your promotional prize! Some promotions may be fulfilled by the store where the purchased is made, no further action is needed in those cases but a warranty registration is still required (and ensures you get the extended 2 years on our mixing stations).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Sponsor.“Promotion offered by Portamix USA LLC, 15100 Business Pkwy, Rosemount, MN 55068.”
2. Offer Period. Purchases must be made between July 1st, 2025 and September 30th 2025.
3. Eligible Participants. Legal U.S. businesses (50 states only), excluding U.S. territories, Portamix dealers/ resellers, their employees, and individuals under 18.
4. Qualifying Purchases. See Table 1 for eligible Portamix equipment SKUs (“Qualifying Products”).
5. Reward Items. For each Qualifying Product purchased, claimant may receive the items shown in Table 1 (“Rewards”). Portamix may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value if a Reward becomes unavailable.
6. How to Claim. Submit a completed Warranty Registration at https://portamix.com/warranty-registration within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Upload legible invoice/receipt showing purchase date, store, price, and paid status. Serial number must be provided but need not appear on the receipt.
7. Verification & Fulfilment. Claims are manually reviewed. Portamix will email approval or denial within a commercially reasonable time. Approved Rewards ship free of charge to the U.S. street address supplied in the registration form; allow 6–12 weeks for delivery.
8. Taxes. Portamix covers outbound freight and any applicable U.S. sales/use tax on the Reward. Income taxes remain the recipient’s responsibility. If cumulative Reward value to a single recipient reaches or exceeds $600 in a calendar year, Portamix may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and report the value per IRS regulations irs.gov.
9. Limitations. Void where prohibited. No cash alternatives. No group, automated, or bulk submissions. Portamix’s determination of claim validity is final.
10. Governing Law.“Minnesota law governs; venue exclusively in state or federal courts located in Dakota County, MN.”
