Portamix 25 for the 250th Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Portamix 25 for the 250th Giveaway (“Promotion” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by PORTAMIX NORTH AMERICA INC, located at 15100 Business Pkwy, Rosemount, MN 55068 (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Carhartt, or any other third-party brand or platform unless expressly stated by Sponsor. By entering, participants fully release Facebook, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway from any and all liability related to the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on July 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) (“Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s computer system or campaign platform will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are entering on behalf of, or in connection with, a legitimate business, trade, or professional operation that may reasonably use professional flooring, construction, installation, surface preparation, mixing, or related jobsite equipment.

Eligible entrants may include, but are not limited to, business owners, employees, contractors, installers, tradespeople, sole proprietors, self-employed professionals, and authorized representatives of companies operating in flooring, tile, concrete, coatings, construction, remodeling, installation, or related trades.

This Giveaway is intended for professional and business users only. DIY homeowners, hobbyists, consumers entering solely for personal household use, and individuals with no legitimate business, trade, or professional use for the prizes are not eligible to enter or win.

Dealers and distributors are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any party involved in the development or administration of this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and individuals living in the same household, whether related or not.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of business, trade, professional status, or eligibility before awarding any prize. Acceptable proof may include, at Sponsor’s discretion, a business name, company website, business email address, contractor/trade license, resale certificate, business registration, employer verification, trade affiliation, social media business page, or other reasonable documentation showing that the entrant is connected to an eligible business, trade, or professional operation.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official Giveaway entry form through one of Sponsor’s approved entry methods, which may include:

• Facebook or Instagram lead form

• Sponsor’s Giveaway landing page

• QR code leading to Sponsor’s Giveaway form

• Email link leading to Sponsor’s Giveaway form

• Other Sponsor-approved entry method

To enter, participants may be asked to provide information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, trade or role, state of residence, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway.

Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, email address, phone number, company representative, or through automated means may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

No purchase, payment, dealer visit, product ownership, social media post, social media follow, share, tag, or review is required to enter or win.

5. Marketing Consent

Entry into the Giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing communications unless clearly stated as optional on the entry form.

Participants may be given the option to opt in to receive marketing emails, product updates, promotional offers, or other communications from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Opting in or out of marketing communications will not affect a participant’s chances of winning.

6. Prizes

A total of 25 prizes will be awarded. Prizes include the following:

Approximate retail values (“ARV”) of each prize are as follows:

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $7,971.

Prizes are awarded “as is” and are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any prize images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize appearance, model, color, packaging, or included accessories may vary.

7. Winner Selection

After the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly select 25 potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be selected between July 8, 2026 and July 15, 2026.

Sponsor may select winners in order of prize value, beginning with the Grand Prize, or by another random selection method determined by Sponsor. Each eligible entrant may win no more than one prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, direct message, or other contact method provided at entry.

Potential winners must respond within 3 business days of notification and may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release, tax form, prize acceptance form, or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, blocked, filtered, or undeliverable notifications.

Before any prize is awarded, potential winners may be required to verify that they meet the business, trade, or professional eligibility requirements of this Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any potential winner who cannot reasonably demonstrate eligible professional or business status, who appears to be entering solely as a DIY homeowner or consumer, or for whom Sponsor determines the prize is not appropriate for safe professional use.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners at U.S. addresses only, or delivered by another method determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, damaged in transit, or returned as undeliverable after being shipped to the address provided by the winner.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Some prizes may require a commercial shipping address or delivery coordination.

Some prizes are professional-grade jobsite tools or equipment intended for use only by qualified business, trade, or professional users. Winners are solely responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, safety requirements, training requirements, and applicable laws before using any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold, substitute, or decline to award a professional-grade equipment prize if Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the potential winner does not meet the eligibility or safe-use requirements of this Giveaway.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs, fees, or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or request a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding a prize. Failure to provide required tax information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, company name, city, state, likeness, photo, voice, statements, prize information, and/or submitted content for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

12. Submitted Content

If entrants are invited to submit photos, videos, jobsite images, comments, or other content, submission of content is optional unless otherwise stated.

By submitting content, entrant represents that they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and to allow Sponsor to use it. Entrant also represents that the content does not violate the rights of any third party, disclose confidential information, show unsafe work practices, or include anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, edit, publish, and distribute submitted content for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and related business purposes.

Sponsor may remove, reject, or decline to use any submitted content at its sole discretion.

If any social post is incentivized as part of this Promotion, entrants must clearly disclose the promotional relationship using clear language such as #contest, #sweepstakes, or #giveaway. Vague or unclear hashtags may not be sufficient.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, submitted false or misleading information, attempted to obtain multiple entries, used automated entry methods, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempted to undermine the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, platform issues, supply issues, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

If the Giveaway is cancelled or terminated early, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, social media platforms, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, delivery, or installation of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website issues, form errors, platform outages, lost or delayed entries, incomplete entries, data loss, typographical errors, printing errors, incorrect prize descriptions, unauthorized human intervention, or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, comply with legal obligations, and, where consent is provided, send marketing communications.

16. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
